Sketchy Waco Clinic

Ok most you know im going to Morocco for the summer and that requires some immunization shots. Hep A B and Tetanus . So for some reason the nearest clinic that has the shots are in Waco. So Colton and myself head on up there on Thursday afternoon.

We get there and im already uneasy because i dont like shots. So we go into the waiting room. its not the nicest place…nor the cleanest. So me i give Colton this look and he just laughs at me…very comforting friend…glad he came with…..so i go through the steps of signing in and paying. meanwhile Colton is sitting in the waiting room with 4 screaming kids running around him and crying. And he said at one point there was a bug on him! So we are in there for about 20 mins and my name gets called.

“Kong!” (close enough right?) so i get up and walk to her and she tells me ” Second door on the right” I walk in there and its a tiny little office room cluttered with papers all over the desk. she tells me to sit down in his computer chair and gets the shot ready…. and right now im like what is going on…where is the bed with the paper on it? where is the skeleton? the eye chart? all i saw was her computer, stapler, pens and then it was the cotton balls and the rubbing alcohol…she gives me the shot right there in her office and its over….

i dont get shots often but im not sure thats usually were you get shots…i hope my arm doesnt fall off….but i have to go up there again next week for the second series of shots…anyone wanna come??
